We are passionately, madly, wildly, truly in love with Provence and, having come to grips with these indelible feelings, feel fortunate to have made the charming village of Lourmarin our home-away-from-home.
We bought a pied-a-terre--actually two, then a courtyard, a parking spot, and a bergerie--in our favorite Provençal village where we (easily) adopted that certain joie de vivre, established dear friendships, and, to this day, endeavor to blend in with the crowd at Café Gaby.
We no longer own property in Lourmarin, but that special village has established a permanent place in our hearts. We continue to hang our hats there, visit frequently, and write about Lourmarin in our blog, www.TheModernTrobadors.com.
We also continue to promote vacation homes we know and love and think you will, too. We would like to introduce you to these homes, a list that includes our former homes as well as several other lovely and quintessentially Provençal homes.
